From time to time we will have adults available that we would like to place into a pet home. In order for us to move forward and continue improving our Dachshund, we have adults and older puppy Dachshunds available. It is not because we don't love them but we are limited in space and that means we need to sort out falts and specific traits so we can continue on producing and improving our Dachshunds. For the individual dog it is not fair for us to hold on to it, when it can be living in a pet home where it be even more loved and spoiled than what we do.
All of our Dogs go outside to potty but have occassional accidents inside. Dachshund are not the easiest to housebreak and just when one thinks they are housebroke , well they prove you wrong.
They will be up to date on their vaccinations, have been treated with Heart worm preventative and also get tested for Heart worm once a year.

Also consider a male. They can be much more devoted and are more of cuddlers than a female is. |
