This page is dedicated in rememberance of my parents that have past away. My mother, I never really got to know, she died at an early age in 1969 after a tragic accident and was taking from us too soon. She was full of life and was loved by everybody that met her. My Father just recently past away on August 6th, 2007 at an age of 59 years old. So very unexpected and suddently that it is a shock to everybody that knew him. Being I am the only child, I feel it is of most importance to not forget about either one of my parents therfore I created this page to give a place for them to be just a bit longer rememberred. Both my parents came from large families and were raced during the years after the second World War. Struggling to survive to not go hungry for a day and make do with the little they had. Back in those days young folks were not permitted to get married prior to the age of 21 years without the permission of their parents. My mother and father wanted to start a life together and both felt that their parents would not permit them to get married. So they decided to have a child and be able to get married because in those days it was not proper to have a child out of wedlock. Hence the picture of their wedding above my mother was pregnant with me. My father made sure I knew I was their love child and was conceived on purpose very much wanted and loved. After my mother's death my father continued on to carry on and build the life that my mother and he had dreamed of but it was hard for him. In 1972 my father ended up in a very severe accident himself that under normal circumstance would have killed anyone else but a fighter he was to much to hold onto for he managed to survive. So leaving his body with metal and srews that would cost him discomfort and pain all his life. My father loved my mother so much that he held onto the love they had for each other. No matter what there was no woman that could replace the love he had for my mother. My father taught me that life is hard, nothing is for free, one has to do what one can with one's own two hands and that the world does not owe anybody anything. He razed me to be independent and able to stand on my own two feet solid. And I am so very thankful for that to him. Evenso times were hard growing up and money was always tight but he made sure my needs were met the best he knew how. Not allways it was easy and for him it must have been impossible to know what to do and how to be a father and mother in one person. But one thing I know for sure , that I was very much loved by both of my parents. So with anymore words there are random pictures of the life of my parents more of my father but in either case they are sharred with the world to remember both my mother and my father( Rennfahrer und Katzenlieber).

No matter what these three shall allways carry us on and keep us strong. They are timeless and are kept safe in our hearts and souls. FAITH in God. HOPE for the day we shall meet again. The most important of them all, LOVE remains and is timeless. Eure Goere Katie |
